This 12-session journey is an invitation to explore, expand, and transform through the sacred practice of yoga.

At the centre of our journey together is the body-mind connection and cultivating a space where you have the freedom to explore the layers of your authentic self, while feeling rooted in safety.

Each session is intuitively curated to support your unique unfolding — weaving vinyasa, gentle flow, and yin yoga with other offerings in a way that honours where you are, moment to moment. There is space here for softness and strength, release and expansion, joy and grief — all held with presence and reverence. We’ll move beyond the surface of achieving specific asanas and into the deeper waters of your being – exploring how each movement feels in your body and the expression of movement as an extension of yourself.

There is an interconnectedness to our inner world and wisdom that transcends intellectualised understanding. While many people may initially find yoga through asana, as you begin to deepen your practice you will see that the benefits extend beyond the body. Yoga is medicine for our soul, inviting us to deepen into our physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual realms.

The Process 

Book a connection call and complete your questionnaire 

First, we’ll schedule a connection call where we can explore your intentions for our work together. You’ll also complete a questionnaire to give me insight into your needs, preferences, and what you’re moving through currently. This helps me understand where you are, how I can best support you, and if we’re aligned.

Choose your session frequency

If you decide you’d like to work together, you’ll have access to book your 12 sessions weekly or bi-weekly, either on zoom or in the comfort of your own home, depending on what feels most supportive for you.

Personalised session design 

Once payment has been processed, I will begin designing your sessions based on your questionnaire and connection call. Every session will be tailored to your needs. 

Our first session – the foundation 

Our first session will be approximately 90 minutes to allow us time to explore the journey ahead. I’ll introduce you to the flow of our 12 sessions, and together we’ll map out how each one will unfold. This is where we make sure everything feels aligned and you’re confident and excited about the path we’re about to walk together.

Ongoing support and resources 

Throughout your 12-session journey, you’ll have access to a private members area where I upload helpful resources — from video tutorials to guided meditations and journaling prompts. I’ll also be sending you heart-centred voice notes and insights on WhatsApp to keep the energy flowing and offer ongoing support.

Final session – integration and moving forward 

Our final session will be focused on integration. Together, we’ll reflect on how far you’ve come and clarify how to carry the lessons learned and the practices explored into your everyday life so that we can safely close the container if you choose to. You’ll leave this session with tools to continue your journey on your own terms, knowing exactly how to integrate your yoga practice as a sustainable, embodied way of being.

The option to weave in other offerings such as journaling, affirmations, tarot/oracle, connecting to the elements and nature, flowing alongside cycles/seasons (moon, sabbats, menstrual), crystals and ritual.

Meditation and breathwork will always be included as they are integral to yoga.

  • I believe that true expertise is rooted in embodied wisdom, where lived experience and personal insights are the foundations from which I am able to guide others. While formal qualifications are not the sole measure of expertise, I recognise that they offer reassurance and a sense of trust for many individuals. For those who find comfort in knowing, I have listed them below:

    • Yoga Therapy Student

    • 50 hour Yin Yoga Teacher, I studied with Sampoorna Yoga 

    • 200 hour Yoga Teacher  

      • Not all yoga teacher trainings are created equally and it’s important to consider who your yoga teacher learned from. I studied with Lila Wellness in-person in Bali led by expert yoga instructor Emily Chen, board-certified psychiatrist Dr. Marguerite Pinard, and embodied breathwork and meditation instructor Bobby. 

    • First Class BSc Psychology (Hons)

  • For new clients I don’t offer 1:1 one-off sessions, the only exception being the 90 minute Connection to Heart Yin Sessions which were carefully curated with a specific intention. It feels out of integrity for me to offer random one-off sessions to clients I haven’t worked with before given the depth that we will move to. I work with clients for a minimum of 12 sessions so that I can get to know them and their stories, this allows me to provide sessions which are personalised to them and supportive of their process. There are limits to the value of inconsistent one-off sessions, when working during a set period of time I can ensure you are held in your exploration, and we can create a journey to address your specific needs and honour your body. 

    For previous clients who have completed the 12-session offering, I do offer a tailored session schedule or a continuation of our journey weekly or bi-weekly at a reduced rate. I will always be there to offer support to previous clients, please reach out to me at any time.

  • The final session always focuses on integration so that you feel supported in incorporating our time together on and off the mat, ensuring we safely close the container. For those who would like to continue our journey together, we can discuss a unique session schedule or continue with our weekly or bi-weekly sessions. 

  • This journey is for anyone, whether you’re brand new to yoga or have been practicing for years. I design each session to meet you where you are in your practice, helping you feel empowered and comfortable regardless of your experience. The focus is on deepening into self and the layers of your authenticity, approaching your journey with curiosity and compassion, with a willingness to meet yourself in each moment. 

  • I will meet you wherever you are on your journey, I understand that many people think of yoga in terms of asana, and may feel worried that they are not flexible or strong enough to participate. I encourage you to challenge that limiting belief, we will ensure the poses are adapted to you and your anatomy, instead of you adapting yourself to fit the poses. Yoga is so much more than asana, and our sessions will move beyond this to incorporate yoga as a whole. 

  • This offering is perfect for you if you feel ready to dive deeper into your body, mind, and soul, and if you’re seeking lasting transformation. If you’re looking for more than just a physical practice and want to explore your authenticity, expand your capacity to hold life, and cultivate a deeper connection to your inner self, this is the right journey for you.   • Both options are available! We can work together via Zoom for a seamless, connected virtual experience. Alternatively in-person sessions are available and can be done in the comfort of your home or another location of your choice (please note there are additional charges for travel)

  • Yes, absolutely! The sessions are designed to be flexible and adaptable to your needs. While I’ll guide you through a combination of vinyasa, gentle flow, and yin yoga based on your individual journey, I am always open to discussing and incorporating the styles that resonate with you. If you feel called to a specific approach or want to focus on something particular (e.g., relaxation, mobility, nervous system regulation), we can tailor your sessions to that.

  • I choose not to offer hands on adjustments for a variety of reasons. I will of course verbally cue you and invite you to make adjustments yourself, but it’s really important that you feel complete autonomy over your practice and your body. My focus as a teacher is on how the asanas feel in your body, rather than aesthetic alignment (of course there is nuance to this, including ensuring safety). You know what feels best in your body, and it’s about nurturing this relationship with yourself, and cultivating a sense of self-trust through intuitive movement.

    It's also significant to mention that anatomically our range of motion differs from person to person, and is influenced by skeletal structure (e.g. experiencing compression instead of tension). You are unique and your practice should reflect this. The poses should always be adjusted to support you, you should never have to force yourself into a pose to fit the textbook way that it ‘should’ look.

  • Absolutely! One of the main goals of this 12-session journey is to equip you with the tools, practices, and mindset to continue your yoga practice beyond our time together. At the end of the journey, you will feel confident and empowered to integrate yoga into your life in a way that feels authentic and sustaining for you. Whether you choose to continue with private sessions, group classes, or your own practice, I’ll provide you with resources to support your ongoing growth.

  • I design 12 sessions which are completely bespoke and personalised to you based on our connection call and the questionnaire you fill out. A lot of time and intention goes into this process and I treat it with the reverence it deserves. Our journey moves beyond asana and integrates yoga as a whole, as well as your preferences for weaving in other practices that I offer. Beyond our 60-minute sessions I am consistently holding space for your experience, even when we are not directly in session, and I will often WhatsApp and send voice notes (including meditations, journalling prompts, affirmations etc) to support your journey during weekdays. You’ll have access to a password protected members area which will include videos and other resources to support you in deepening your practice outside of our sessions.

    Additional time also goes into the sensual element to make it a complete experience for you, including setting the space, curating a playlist if you’d like music, choosing scents (if we’re in person) etc. I limit the number of clients I have at any one time for this offering, which ensures I’m completely present throughout our container. This is a high level of energy exchange which is reflected in the price.
