Welcome to my sacred space

Nice to Meet you, I’m Ginevra

A woman with long brown hair, wearing a pink jacket and black pants, squatting by a small stream in a grassy, hilly landscape during the daytime, with sunlight shining from the right.
Yoga empowered me to more intimately connect to my body, trust my intuition, and soften into my heart instead of my head. I truly believe in yoga’s ability to guide us throughout our journey. Whatever you are moving through at the moment, yoga will meet you where you are.

My Journey

A young girl dressed as a fairy, wearing a bright green costume with wings, standing in a garden with pink flowers, a wooden fence, and greenery in the background.

Growing up I was always a sensitive and intuitive child, with an active imagination, and a love for being in the water. Throughout the years I learned to mask and repress my emotions in order to fit in, and became used to disassociating and numbing myself. My decisions and actions were driven by my logical mind instead of my intuition, and I learned that it was safer in my head than in my body.

A young woman in white socks and clothing sitting cross-legged on a blanket in a forest, hugging her knees with her face buried in her arms, surrounded by green plants and small white flowers.

This left me feeling deeply unhappy and unfulfilled; intellectualising my emotions to avoid actually feeling them, my perfectionism left me in a cycle of overperforming and burnout, and I was in a state of constant anxiety.  My harsh inner critic meant I never felt like I was enough, I attached my worthiness to what I achieved or other people’s opinions of me, harshly judged my body, and disconnected from my inner wisdom and authenticity, which led to a lot of pain. I’ve turned to yoga throughout extremely challenging times and it’s been my anchor on the path to reclaiming my authentic self.

During my early twenties I slowly began to unravel the conditioning and patterns that I’d clung to for most of my life, and while this felt uncomfortable, it opened the door for me to begin the transformational journey of becoming a yoga teacher and sharing my passion. Yoga has taught me that healing is deeply individual, a continual process of contraction and expansion, an unravelling and unlearning, and an opportunity to come inward. I want to be a support to those walking the same path, empowering you to trust in your own wisdom and ability to transform. I don’t claim to have all the answers, but I’ve reached a time where I know that I can hold space for you, wherever you are on your journey to exploring yourself through yoga.

Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate.

About Me

I’m so grateful that you found this space.

Beyond my passion for yoga and psychology, I’m a lover of animals. This is a picture of my cat Talia, she’s an international girly and was rescued from Bahrain, she has the quirkiest personality with a lot of spice, she’s an excellent teacher on what it looks like to uphold our boundaries unapologetically. I’m also interested in skincare, cooking, curling up with a good book and matcha, being in nature and art in all forms. I also love watching Interior Design Masters after a long day.

Within my spiritual practice I have a deep reverence for divination (working mostly with tarot and oracle), crafting ritual, working with the elements and nature, honouring my ancestral lineage, and flowing alongside cycles and seasons. Magic is woven into every offering with you in mind.

As you might have already guessed from my name, I’m half-Italian on my dad’s side, but I grew up in the UK.

I’m a yoga teacher and yoga therapy student who embraces the expanse where psychology and mysticism intertwine. I hold sacred space for individuals to feel safe exploring their physical, mental, emotional, energetic, and spiritual realms, strengthening the body-mind connection. I’m a believer that coming back to our true selves means embracing and integrating all parts of the self, including those we have rejected, repressed or disowned (shadow/subconscious). By bringing these parts of our ourselves into awareness, we can prevent our behaviours and decisions from unknowingly being driven by these learned thoughts or patterns. It gives us a conscious choice, and this is where our power lies.

I believe that we can only support others to the depths that we have gone ourselves, I am committed to my own healing journey and supported by a Psychotherapist and Therapeutic Shamanic Practitioner. This not only allows me to safely hold space for others, but I hope that you also find comfort in the knowledge that I am right alongside on the path to reclaiming our authentic selves and living in alignment.
