Family Constellations on the Shamanic Wheel:
Ancestral healing through the body, the earth, and the unseen.
This is a sacred space to meet the stories beneath the surface — the ones passed through your lineage, carried in your bones, and echoed through generations. Family Constellations on the Shamanic Wheel is a unique fusion of systemic constellations and earth-based, ceremonial practice.
Rooted in the understanding that we are part of an interconnected web — of family, land, spirit, and source — this work allows you to step into the unseen field, bringing light to unconscious patterns, inherited pain, and ancestral entanglements that may be shaping your present.
Using the medicine wheel as a guide, we move through the four sacred directions — earth, air, fire, water — to explore different aspects of your lineage, psyche, and soul. The wheel becomes a map, the space a mirror, and the process a ritual of witnessing, feeling, and integration.
What to expect:
This is a 1:1 ceremonial journey, typically lasting around 90–120 minutes, either in person or online. Each session is intuitively guided and may include:
⏾ Opening ritual and grounding into the Wheel
⏾ Guided constellation process (with objects dropped into the wheel, visualisation, and somatic work)
⏾ Dialogue with representatives, ancestors, or aspects of self
⏾ Energetic clearing and release practices
⏾ Integration and reflection to honour the insights that arise
You don’t need to know your family history or have any experience with constellation work. You simply need to arrive with openness and curiosity — the field will do the rest.
This offering is for you if:
⏾ You feel the weight of something that isn’t fully yours and want to explore healing inherited trauma or family patterns
⏾ You’re longing to understand your place in your lineage and the dynamics with parents, siblings, children, grandparents or ancestors
⏾ You’re drawn to ancestral or ceremonial work, but don’t know where to begin
⏾ You’re ready to stand in your truth, unbound by old patterns, releasing unconscious burdens or “entanglements” you’ve been carrying
⏾ You want to honour your roots while reclaiming parts of yourself that were hidden, shamed, or silenced

FAQs
-
Family Constellations are a therapeutic and energetic practice that reveals hidden dynamics, patterns, or burdens within a family or ancestral system. The process brings these patterns into conscious awareness - not through analysis, but through embodied, intuitive knowing - allowing you to see with new eyes and begin to release what is no longer yours to carry.

Each quadrant of the Wheel holds its own energy, teachings, and direction:
⏾ White – North (air) – Spirit
This is the place of the ancestors, the unseen, and the soul. It represents the spirit realm and the wisdom that lives beyond form. When objects or elements fall into this quadrant, they may be calling us to look at spiritual contracts, ancestral patterns, or guidance from the unseen.⏾ Yellow – East (fire) – Childhood
The place of new beginnings, birth, and the rising sun. It relates to your early life, inner child, and the original imprints that shaped your sense of self and safety. When objects land here, they may point to formative experiences or early wounds asking to be met.⏾ Red – South (water) – Adulthood
This is the direction of full expression, action, and embodiment. It speaks to the way you move through the world now — how you love, lead, relate, and live. When something arises in this quadrant, it may reflect current dynamics, patterns, or responsibilities.⏾ Black – West (earth) – End of Life / Death & Transformation
The place of descent, integration, endings, and shadow. It honours the mystery and what is ready to be released or transmuted. If something appears here, it may signal a karmic closure, a need for grief work, or ancestral energies ready to be laid to rest.During your session, I’ll often drop or place objects into the Wheel — allowing the placement, quadrant, and the direction each object faces to inform the constellation. This intuitive process opens a sacred dialogue with the field.
Where an object lands — and how it relates to other elements — reveals information about the energetic dynamics within your system. For example:
⏾ An ancestor object facing away from you might suggest disconnection, rejection, or a hidden loyalty
⏾ A childhood figure sitting in the South might be carrying adult-level burdens too early
⏾ A symbol landing in the North, turned toward the West, might invite soul healing or ritual completion
The Wheel holds it all.
It becomes the mirror, the map, and the medicine — supporting us to not only witness what has been entangled, but to honour it with reverence and create a new path forward.

Not at all. You don’t need to know the full story — or even any story — for this work to be powerful. The field of constellation work operates beyond the mind and your body, energy and intention will guide the process. Often what arises is deeply intuitive and not limited by the information you consciously hold.
-
No - constellation work is experiential and systemic rather than analytical or diagnostic. While it can be deeply therapeutic and healing, it is not a replacement for clinical therapy. It works on multiple levels - emotional, energetic, ancestral, and spiritual - and is often described as a remembering rather than a “fixing.”
-
Constellation work can support a wide range of personal, relational, or ancestral themes. It can illuminate and gently untangle what’s been carried through your ancestral line — especially the unconscious patterns, wounds, and protections we inherit as part of our soul’s journey.
This work invites you to meet the deeper karmic imprints or shadow themes that may be shaping your relationships, decisions, and sense of self, including:
⏾ Abuse – whether emotional, physical, sexual, or psychological, the shadow of abuse often echoes through generations — sometimes repeated, sometimes completely suppressed.
⏾ Addiction – often points to unprocessed grief, unmet needs, or an attempt to numb ancestral pain. Whether you or someone in your lineage struggles with substance use, co-dependency, or other compulsions, constellation work gently uncovers what the addiction is trying to soothe.
⏾ Violence – where violence has occurred — whether lived, witnessed, or ancestral — the imprint often lingers in the nervous system and family field. It can create patterns of control, fear, disassociation, or rage.
⏾ Poverty – this shadow goes beyond finances — it’s about scarcity of love, resources, voice, or belonging. Inherited beliefs around worth, money, or survival often originate from ancestral displacement, war, or generational struggle.
⏾ Illness – chronic illness or pain may sometimes carry ancestral roots — acting as a messenger of unprocessed trauma, generational grief, or soul-level disconnection.
⏾ Abandonment – whether through death, estrangement, adoption, or emotional absence, the experience of abandonment can ripple through lineages, creating deep fears of loss, rejection, or unworthiness.
⏾ Betrayal – this shadow often shows up as mistrust — of others, of the world, or of yourself. It can be linked to family secrets, infidelities, broken promises, or being silenced for speaking truth.
These shadows are not punishments — they are invitations.
They ask to be witnessed, honoured, and laid down with love. You do not have to carry what was never truly yours.
This is the sacred work of remembering. -
It can be — but it doesn’t have to be. While I hold space with deep reverence and connection to the unseen, you don’t need to subscribe to any particular belief system. The session is grounded in your lived experience, and we’ll always move in a way that feels safe, embodied, and resonant for you.
