⏾ The information in the form will remain strictly confidential, unless I have reason to believe you are at risk of harming yourself or others.

FAQs

I believe that true expertise is rooted in embodied wisdom, where lived experience and personal insights are the foundations from which I am able to guide others. While formal qualifications are not the sole measure of expertise, I recognise that they offer reassurance and a sense of trust for many individuals. For those who find comfort in knowing, I have listed them below:
Yoga Therapy Student
50 hour Yin Yoga Teacher, I studied with Sampoorna Yoga
200 hour Yoga Teacher
Not all yoga teacher trainings are created equally and it’s important to consider who your yoga teacher learned from. I studied with Lila Wellness in-person in Bali led by expert yoga instructor Emily Chen, board-certified psychiatrist Dr. Marguerite Pinard, and embodied breathwork and meditation instructor Bobby.

Not at all. All sessions are designed to be inclusive and beginner-friendly. Whether your team has never stepped on a yoga mat before or already has a regular mindfulness practice, everyone is welcome and supported.
-
Yes. I regularly deliver virtual sessions via Zoom, making it easy to support remote or hybrid teams. All that’s needed is a quiet space, a stable internet connection, and ideally a camera so I can guide participants with presence and care.

Standard sessions are usually 60 minutes, but we can adjust to suit your teams’ requirements. Longer workshops are available for deeper exploration of themes like stress management, emotional resilience, or mindfulness for focus.
-
Absolutely. You can book a single session as part of a wellness day, mental health initiative, or team retreat. I also offer ongoing packages (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly) to support your team’s wellbeing in a consistent and meaningful way.
